Welcome to George's Vintage (georgesvintage.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from George's Vintage, based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.

1. About Our Products (One-of-One Vintage Goods)

All items sold by George's Vintage are authentic vintage, second-hand, or pre-owned garments, footwear, and accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Because items are one-off vintage pieces, natural signs of age, light wear, or wash fading may be present. Every item is individually graded and photographed, and any notable flaws are disclosed in the product description.
All stock is strictly subject to availability (1 unit per item). Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it until checkout is completed.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices on georgesvintage.com are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).
Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment options (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal).
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in the rare event of an obvious pricing error or stock discrepancy.

3. UK Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom via tracked services (Royal Mail / Evri) with a standard dispatch time of 1–2 working days. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including your 14-day right to cancel) are fully protected. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for complete return instructions.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, branding, logos, and written content on georgesvintage.com are the property of George's Vintage and may not be reproduced commercially without prior written permission. Brand names and trademarks mentioned in product titles refer solely to the original manufacturer of the authentic second-hand garment.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales (and, where applicable to UK consumers, Scotland or Northern Ireland) shall have jurisdiction.
