Shipping Policy
Every piece at George's Vintage is packed by hand in Greater Manchester, UK and sent via a fully tracked postal service so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
UK Delivery Only
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
UK Delivery Services & Timeframes
- Standard UK Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri Tracked): Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- Exact shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your basket.
Tracking, Missed Deliveries & Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your UK postcode and delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email georgesvintagestore@gmail.com immediately with your order number and we will update it before dispatch if your parcel has not yet left us.
- If a parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at georgesvintagestore@gmail.com and we will assist with a courier investigation.
